An initial consultation is required for all new patients, as well as for returning patients who are presenting with a new injury or who have not attended the clinic for six months or more, including where a previous condition has reoccurred.
This appointment lasts approximately 45–60 minutes and includes a comprehensive review of your injury and relevant medical history, a full physical assessment, clinical diagnosis, and your first session of treatment where appropriate.
Follow-up treatment appointments are designed to continue the management of your injury following an initial consultation. These sessions focus on ongoing treatment, review of progress, and updates to your home rehabilitation programme where required.
Each follow-up appointment lasts approximately 30 minutes.
Extended follow-up treatment appointments are suitable for patients who require additional time beyond a standard follow-up session, including those presenting with multiple areas of concern or more complex treatment needs.
These appointments last approximately 45 minutes and allow for continued treatment, reassessment where necessary, and progression of your rehabilitation programme.
