Kelly over saw Francis’ medical and injury requirements and aided with his nutritional needs. This involved treatment prior to his running/cycling/swimming daily, on the road cover and post day treatment.

Her day to day clinic is often filled with people from all different backgrounds, from rugby to kettlebells through to swimming, running, cycling, iron man and many other sporting and non-sporting back grounds. She has the same end goal for each and every patient - personalised effective lasting treatment, to get them back to their best.

As a qualified Fitness Instructor Kelly also runs 1-1 fitness sessions, having previously run circuit based group class sessions, she brings this exciting mix of exercises to the individual sessions too. Your fitness training doesn't need to be boring or unchanged, ask Kelly about signing up for a 1-1 session and get your fitness goals back on track!
