Full payment of the appointment fee is required at the time of booking for online bookings. All payments are non-refundable; however, appointments may be transferred to an alternative date or time if rescheduled in accordance with our 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the appointment being non-refundable and non-transferable.

Appointments booked in person at the clinic must be paid in advance, no later than 24 hours prior to the appointment time. The same 48-hour cancellation policy applies. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be non-refundable and non-transferable.

We offer a 10% discount on all appointment types for Blue Light Card holders, Defence Discount Card holders, and Basingstoke PureGym members.

To redeem the discount, please present your valid membership card at your appointment. Although our website requires full payment at the time of booking, a 10% refund will be processed immediately upon verification of your membership during your visit.
