Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking for all online appointments. All payments are non-refundable.

Appointments may be rescheduled to an alternative date or time if at least 48 hours’ notice is provided.

For in-person appointments at the clinic, payment must also be made in advance, no later than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. The same payment, cancellation, and rescheduling terms apply.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or requests to reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable, non-transferable, and no credit will be issued.

Rutledge Sports Therapy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments if necessary. In such cases, a full refund or alternative appointment will be offered.

Discounts & Eligibility

We offer a 10% discount on all appointment types for:

Blue Light Card holders

Defence Discount Card holders

Basingstoke PureGym members

Valid membership must be presented at the time of the appointment. For online bookings where full payment is required upfront, a 10% refund will be issued after verification during the appointment.

Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively without valid proof and are non-transferable.
