Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy

Full payment of the appointment fee is required at the time of booking for all online appointments. All payments are non-refundable. Appointments may be rescheduled to an alternative date or time provided that notice is given in accordance with our 48-hour cancellation policy.

Cancellations or requests to reschedule made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the appointment being non-refundable and non-transferable, and no credit will be issued.

Appointments booked in person at the clinic must also be paid in advance, no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. The same payment, cancellation, and rescheduling terms apply to in-person bookings.

Rutledge Sports Therapy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments where necessary. In such cases, a full refund or alternative appointment will be offered.
 

Discounts & Eligibility

10% discount is available on all appointment types for:

  • Blue Light Card holders

  • Defence Discount Card holders

  • Basingstoke PureGym members

Valid membership must be presented at the time of the appointment. Where full payment is required at the time of booking, a 10% refund will be issued following verification of eligibility during the appointment. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively without valid proof and are not transferable.
