You'll be asked to pay a 100% of your appointment fee upon booking, any follow up appointments must also be paid for in advance (no less than 24 hours prior). We have a 48 hour cancellation policy, if you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice or fail to attend, your appointment fee is non-refundable.

We offer a 10% discount on all appointment types for Blue Light Card holders, Defence Discount Card holders, and Basingstoke PureGym members.

To redeem the discount, please present your valid membership card at your appointment. Although our website requires full payment at the time of booking, a 10% refund will be processed immediately upon verification of your membership during your visit.
