Elly joined Rutledge Sports Therapy in 2023, bringing a strong academic background with a BSc in Sports Therapy and an MSc in Clinical Exercise Science from Solent University.
Her journey with the clinic started earlier, gaining hands-on experience alongside Kelly during her college years after qualifying in sports massage. With a sporting background in horse riding, triathlon, and netball, Elly combines clinical knowledge with real-world understanding of injury recovery and performance.
