Kelly graduated from The University of Chichester in 2012 with a degree in Sports Therapy. She has worked with many sports including Rugby, Football, Running, Endurance Runners, Armed Forces Pesronel, Cycling, Martial Arts and various charity events, as well as being clinic based.
Currently alongside the Rutledge Sports Therapy clinic, Kelly also works with a an Evo-Stik Southern Premier club and thier college aged academy. Within these roles she oversees injury prevention, treatment and the rehabilitation of players. This involves working with ages ranging from 16 years old upwards, in a footballing environment.
Kelly also had the opportunity to join the Benali Big Run team in August - September 2014 and again on Benali's Big Race in October 2016, as the medical cover for the both events lasting 3 and 2 weeks respectively. During both events Kelly over saw Francis’ medical and injury requirements and aided with his nutritional needs. This involved treatment prior to his running/cycling all day, on the road cover and post running treatment.
Her day to day clinic is often filled with people from all different backgrounds, from rugby to kettlebells through to swimming, running, cycling, iron man and many other sporting and non-sporting back grounds. She has the same end goal for each and every patient - personalised effective lasting treatment, to get them back to their best.
As a qualified Fitness Instructor Kelly also runs 1-1 fitness sessions, having previously run circuit based group class sessions, she brings this exciting mix of exercises to the individual sessions too.
